Hi there!
I'm Karissa, as you may have gathered. I'm an average joe, freshman in college who just wants to get by as easily as possible. Since I've been so interested in reading lately, I figured I would create a blog where I review the books I read. They may be books for little kids, they may be ridiculously difficult reads that someone like me shouldn't dream of reading. It's whatever I pull off my bookshelf or find at the library.
Here's the idea: I read a book. When I finish, I post the cover, my own review and a rating out of 5 stars. The ratings go like this:
5 Stars - This book has completely enraptured my soul, and could do no wrong.
4 Stars - While this book was interesting and kept me reading, it did not take over my life in the way a 5 star book would.
3 Stars - While some parts are interesting, nothing really kept me going back to the book.
2
Stars - This book was very difficult for me to keep reading. While
something might interest me, it's not enough to make me want to read.
1 Star - Nothing kept me interested in the book. It is stale, stagnant, and the fact that I finished it is a miracle.
